Robert Ireland

Robert Ireland is a patent attorney whose diverse legal expertise allows him to practice not only as an intellectual property attorney, but also as a personal injury, business and transactional attorney.

Mr. Ireland advocates and provides counsel for: manufacturing companies, international wholesalers, excavators, writers, entertainers, farmers, and entrepreneurs. Mr. Ireland's clients enjoy competitive advantage solutions to legal and business challenges.

Prior to opening his practice, Mr. Ireland was Captain Ireland of the United States Air Force. he specialized in new technologies for the war fighter from 1994 to 1997; deployed with quick response teams to Mogadishu Somalia; and supported other peace-keeping operations world-wide. After winning a full tuition Woodruff Scholarship at Mercer University in 1997, Captain Ireland changed career paths and became a member of the Judge Advocate General (JAG). His military career ended in January 2002, medically retired with full honors.

Born into a pioneer family, and being the seventh generation to live on and work the Ireland Homestead Century Farm, Robert Ireland began his working career tilling soil and milking cows. In 1989 he temporarily left the Farm to pursue his military career and to study Electrical Engineering at the University of Portland, graduating Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Electrical Engineering, and Mathematics. He completed an MBA and Masters in Technology Management while completing his Juris Doctorate at Mercer University.

Mr. Ireland approaches legal issues with the pragmatic perspective of an engineer, the careful optimism of a farmer, while keeping the client's best interest the primary concern.
