Katheryn Costello

Katheryn is a partner with the firm and focuses her practice on litigation. Ms. Costello recently earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Willamette University School of Law. Ms. Costello was a member of the Dean's list, received high paper in pretrial litigation, and was awarded the Moot Court Board's outstanding member of the year in 2006.

While in law school, Ms. Costello focused her studies on all aspects of litigation while also taking classes on the Uniform Commercial Code, property and dispute resolution. She was the business editor for the Willamette Law Review and worked for the Department of Justice as a court certified law clerk, representing the State of Oregon.

Ms. Costello has resided in Oregon most of her life and enjoys spending her time outdoors camping, hiking and with family. Before going to law school, she attended Western Oregon University obtaining her Bachelor of Science in psychology and a minor in business. At Western Oregon University, Ms. Costello was active in the community, volunteering to help at-risk teens and also spent a semester in England studying-abroad.

Ms. Costello is dedicated to resolving issues quickly and finding the most cost-effective solutions while advocating our client’s best interests.
